Escape
Escape is a series of home-made safety gear made from ubiquitous and re-purposed materials. Jackets velcro together to form personal living spaces that inflate from suitcases. Training videos, manuals, and posters prepare users for emergency situations. Protection as metaphor against experiences for which we are not yet prepared and thus threaten to leave us emotionally scarred.
